A former metal factory in Seongsu left largely as it was found — raw concrete, exposed rebar, plaster half off the walls — now serving bread and coffee across several rooms and a roof terrace.

Why it’s worth it

It is the building that defined the whole Seongsu aesthetic, and it earns it. The pastries sell out in the afternoon; the roof is the good seat.
