A roastery in a disused shoe factory — the conveyor rails, the concrete and the loading bay left exactly as found, with a hand-drip bar built along the old production line.

Why it’s worth it

Anthracite started the whole Korean industrial-café aesthetic that Seongsu later mass-produced. This is the original, and it is still the best room.
