A bronze Akita outside Shibuya Station, marking the spot where Hachikō came to meet his owner every evening for nine years after the man had died.
Why it’s worth it
It is smaller than you expect and permanently surrounded. Meet someone here at least once — half of Tokyo has, and it is the correct way to use the statue.
