A short street of jokbal restaurants near Dongguk University, several run by the same families since the 1960s, serving glossy braised trotter sliced to order.
Why it’s worth it
It is one of Seoul’s oldest food streets and almost entirely local. Order the small size and the ssam vegetables, and eat it with the pink shrimp sauce.
