Dongnae Hot Springs

Busan’s hot-spring quarter, where sodium-chloride water has been bathed in since at least the Silla period, now a district of large public bathhouses and older hotels.

Why it’s worth it

Hurshimchung is one of the largest bathhouses in Asia and takes day visitors. Bathe first, then eat Dongnae pajeon — the spring onion pancake was invented here.
