Geumjeong Fortress Wall

금정산성

Geumjeong, Busan · 부산

An 18th-century wall running 17 kilometres over the Geumjeong ridge, with four restored gates, connected by ridge paths that look down on the whole city and the sea.

Why it’s worth it

The North Gate to South Gate section takes about three hours and is the best hike in the city. The village below the South Gate has brewed its own makgeolli for centuries.
