Tennōji Park & Chausuyama
天王寺公園・茶臼山
Tennoji, Osaka · 大阪
A large open park below Harukas with an open lawn, a Japanese garden, and the low mound of Chausuyama — the hill used as a command post during the 1615 siege.
Why it’s worth it
The lawn is one of the few places in Osaka where sitting on grass is normal and expected. Chausuyama takes four minutes to climb.
