東京都庁展望室
Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo · 東京
The twin-towered city hall by Kenzō Tange, with a public observation floor in each tower and no entry charge at all.
Why it’s worth it
On a clear winter morning Fuji is plainly visible. It costs nothing and the queue is usually shorter than the paid towers — go before 10am.
